If the husband is missing after wedding then the search should be made by all possible means like advertisements in TV, Newspapers, social media etc. The search should be carried on for four continuous years. If there are no positive results the wife should lodge a complaint in darul qaza and then qazi sahib will send few notices to him. If there is no response in spite of all this then qazi will call of the marriage and the lady goes through the days of iddath and later she can go for a second marriage

It is allowed to see each other only once before marriage. But, it is not allowed to talk often on phone or go out or travel together in the absence of a mehram. It is because engagement is not Nikah and just a promise of Nikah and the girl and boy are still a non mehram.

The rights which are considered compulsory in today’s custom are not compulsory on a wife, like cooking and other household chores but a brave wife would consider to take complete care of a husband and the things related to him and it is not at all compulsory for a girl to take care of her in-laws according to Islamic court of law.
